Kayla Smalley

Kayla Smalley is a senior digital operations specialist in Technology for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she leads website production for the Foundation’s digital properties and is responsible for the development, testing, implementation, and support of the Foundation’s web platforms and processes.

Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Smalley was a communications coordinator through the AmeriCorps Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) program for LEANLAB Education, where she managed social media and email marketing as well as assisted with program planning for events. Smalley also was a senior sales ambassador and social media marketer for LUSH Cosmetics.

Smalley has a Bachelor of Arts in English, creative writing from Kansas State University.
