Shakia Webb Program Officer Shakia Webb is a program officer for the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, where she manages a broad grant portfolio that addresses systemic inequities that impact entrepreneurs’ access to capital. Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Webb was an assistant vice president and small business relationship officer with UMB, where she originated commercial real estate (CRE) loans for small businesses. Earlier, she was a business services representative with First Citizens Bank, where she explored financial solutions for new and existing clients. Webb is on the board of Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Urban Financial Services Coalition, Suburban Balance, Prospect Business Association, and KC Rising. Webb has her Bachelor of Science in business with a certificate in small business management and entrepreneurship. She holds an Associate of Arts with a concentration in business fundamentals from the University of Phoenix.
